Absolutely amazing cleaning service! The cleaners were punctual, polite, and very professional. My home was left incredibly clean and fresh, and they did an excellent job with all the little details. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company. I will definitely be booking them again!

Very unresponsive cleaning company for such a decent looking website. Took them forever to reply for days, and finally replied. Cleaner was half an hour late, which wasn’t a big deal. I’ve communicated over 3 times that I wanted deep cleaning done for 2 bathrooms and the condo sized kitchen. She showed up with only cleaning sprays, asked to use my vacuum, mop, and paper towels. Good thing I have a Dyson vacuum, imagine if I had crappy one or none at all. Cleaning of the bathroom was normal, and she somehow proceeded to clean my bedroom, which I didn’t need cleaning, but fine make my bed. So I found her after 1.5 hours and clarified I just need the other bathroom and kitchen cleaned.
I was super disappointed that she didn’t bring the oven cleaner spray that I’ve asked over WhatsApp at least twice that I needed the oven cleaned, so the point of hiring was useless because I could’ve wiped down everything myself. And she only briefly wiped down all my appliances. I would never hire this company again. Poor communication and have no clue what the requested service is (not to mention she broke one of my conditioner pumps in the washroom and didn’t say a word, but it would’ve been nice to at least apologize about it. Things can be replaced).
If you want mediocre cleaning, fine, hire them. Definitely not for their advertised “deep clean”, they have no clue what they’re doing.

I do not usually complain but this was ridiculous. I hired this company to clean a 1 bedroom condo. I moved out of town and my mom was there to greet the cleaner. She arrived with no cleaning supplies, mop, etc… All she had was a cloth. I had my new tenant check out the condo after and he took pictures below.
The company said they would go back, not costing anything. They arrived today with no cleaning supplies again. My tenant pointed out the issues and the cleaner said she’s only cleaning the bathroom cabinet and stove.
She also said she didn’t care about the dirty floors.
I paid for 4 hours of work and I would have cleaned it better with two. Not a professional cleaning that I was looking for.
